This day is about connecting with your fire, your passion, digging deep. It’s doing your shadow work and getting to the emotional root cause. You might feel uncomfortable. You might cry. If so, GREAT, it means we are really getting somewhere.

Held on the fourth Sunday of each month, 2pm-4pm, bring a journal, pen, a water bottle, a yoga mat and get ready to find that passion to set your soul on fire.
