  • What is your cancellation policy?
We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling to avoid a cancellation fee.
  • Are online sessions as effective as in-person?
Yes, in fact, I love doing online sessions with people because I find them really effective. When clients are doing a session from their own home, they are much more comfortable, and it is easier for them to relax into a session. I also find when doing a session with someone over the phone, they open up very easily because there is no pressure of how they will be perceived, and they can be doing things in their own space while they talk.
  • Do you offer any packages or discounts?
Yes, we offer various packages and discounts for multiple sessions. Please check our website or contact us for more details.
  • How can I book a session?
There is usually a wait list to book in, to join the wait list click the button below. From there, you will be contacted when a spot opens up.
  • What is the refund policy on your store products?
Due to the downloadable nature of Ardour's online products, no refunds can be provided.
  • What services does Ardour Wellness offer?
We offer holistic health services including Hypnotherapy, Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT), Parts Therapy, Root Cause Therapy, Inner Child Therapy, Reparenting Therapy, Health Coaching, Health and Wellbeing Events, Online Courses, and Digital Products.
  • Do you offer a money-back guarantee?
Therapy is a collaborative process, and its success depends largely on your commitment and active participation. Because of this, therapy does not work with money-back guarantees, as offering such guarantees may reduce your incentive to fully engage with the changes necessary for your well-being. However, if after completing the required steps and fully participating in the process you find that you have absolutely no results, we do offer the possibility of another Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) session free of charge. This is assessed on a case-by-case basis and is only available if you have followed the process diligently and have been an active participant in your journey towards change.
  • Do you offer online consultations or services?
Yes, we provide online consultations and services, including personalised hypnotic recordings and online courses. All services including Health Coaching and Hypnotherapy (RTT) can be conducted online. Ardour is moving towards being 100% online services.
  • Are your services and products suitable for everyone?
Ardour services and products are designed to be inclusive and suitable for a wide range of people. However, I recommend consulting with a healthcare professional if you have any concerns. There are some mental health conditions that RTT may not be suitable for, these include: psychosis, suicidal idealisation, borderline personality disorder (BPD), delusions, schizophrenia. These conditions can make it unsafe to conduct Hypnosis, and working with them goes beyond my qualifications. It is recommended to check with your healthcare provider if these services are suitable for you.
  • What if I think I already know the reasons behind my issue?
What makes RTT amazing is that even if you think you know the reason, you see it in a COMPLETELY new way. That’s what allows you to change the meaning and, ultimately, change your beliefs. And for many clients, they go back to scenes that are totally different from what they expected. Just relax and trust that your subconscious mind will show you exactly what you need to see.
  • When will I start to see changes from the Hypnotherapy?
There are 3 types of change from Rapid Transformational Therapy - every person is different: 1. Immediate: You feel a massive shift right away - immediate changes in your physiology, thoughts, and behaviours right in the session. 2. Incremental: You see consistent shifts every day, or overtime. 3. Retroactive: You don’t see the shifts right away and then one day you suddenly look back and see all of the things that are different in your life.
  • What does Hypnotherapy feel like?
The experience feels different for different people. Some people feel a floating sensation, some do not. Others may feel sleepy, some do not. Most people feel relaxed and at ease. You will still feel like yourself during the session. What’s most important is to know that how you feel isn’t an indicator of how effective it is. Regardless of what it feels like - it’s working. I promise.
  • How much does an RTT package cost?
For Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT), the package starts with a 90-minute consultation where we dive deep into the issue you're looking to overcome and create a personalised plan. This is followed by a series of 2-hour RTT sessions designed to get to the emotional root cause of your issue and install new transformative beliefs. Prices range from $500 to $997. Prices are subject to change.
  • How long does a Hypnotherapy session take?
Each Rapid Transformational Therapy session lasts between 90 minutes to 2 hours. For that reason, we ask you to block a full 2 hours in your calendar to make sure you’re not rushed. It might even be helpful to allow 3 hours so you do not have to rush off to anything after an emotional session.
  • Can I get “stuck” in hypnosis?
No! That’s an old wives tale. You have complete control the whole time. You can talk, move your body, get a tissue, and even get up and leave (I’ve had clients who had to stop to pee before). If we are online and our call gets disconnected you may drift into sleep if you’re really relaxed, but eventually, you’ll notice that you’re not hearing my voice and open your eyes.
  • What is the difference between Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) and hypnotherapy?
While both RTT and hypnotherapy use hypnosis as a tool to access the subconscious mind, there are key differences between the two. Hypnotherapy is a broader therapeutic approach that uses hypnosis to help clients achieve a state of deep relaxation and focus, often for purposes like stress reduction, habit change, or pain management. Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT), on the other hand, is a more structured and intensive method that combines the principles of hypnotherapy with additional therapeutic techniques, such as cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) and neurolinguistic programming (NLP). RTT is designed to achieve rapid and lasting results by identifying and addressing the root cause of an issue, often in just one or a few sessions. In summary, while hypnotherapy is a general practice that can address a wide range of issues, RTT is a specialised approach that aims to deliver faster, deeper results by targeting the underlying causes of specific problems.
  • What if I need or want another Hypnotherapy session?
RTT is designed to give you a powerful breakthrough and create big changes in your life. Some clients may need more than one RTT session on a particular issue, depending on how deep it is it can take up to 3. Most want to keep doing sessions to work on other areas of their life and receive coaching to integrate the new beliefs and build new habits and behaviours.
  • How many sessions of hypnotherapy/RTT will I need?
The number of sessions needed varies depending on the individual and the issue being addressed, but many clients experience significant improvements after just one session.
  • What if I don’t “go deep” enough in Hypnosis?
Don’t worry about how deep you go. I want you to forget all about that. It's really not important. The depth of trance is not linked to results at all. So don’t get stuck on “Am I deep enough?” Just tell yourself the truth - “This is working” and it will absolutely work. Just know that it is effective.
  • What is Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT)?
RTT is a unique therapy combining the best principles of hypnotherapy, psychotherapy, NLP, and cognitive behavioral therapy to bring rapid and lasting change.
  • How does Hypnotherapy work?
Hypnosis is not magic - it’s science! It works by creating a burst of brain waves that are the same as when you’re in REM (Rapid Eye Movement). That’s what allows you to access the subconscious mind. It’s very easy and anyone can do it, you’ll see for yourself when you do it, too.
  • What if I go back to scenes that are painful or scary?
If you go back to scenes from your life that are related to things like sexual or physical abuse, or other trauma, it’s important to remember that you are not reliving that scene, you are simply reviewing it and that you are safe. I will support you and create a safe space for you to express your emotions and heal - you’ll be OK.

Yes, the Shae App is designed with robust security measures to protect your personal data. All information you provide is encrypted and stored securely, ensuring your privacy is maintained.
  • How does the Shae App work?

Whether you’re looking to improve your overall wellness, manage a specific health condition, or simply live a healthier lifestyle, the Shae App can offer valuable insights and guidance.
  • What can I expect from a health coaching session?
Health coaching sessions are personalised and focus on helping you build sustainable habits that align with your health goals. A Health Coach is there to be a guide, but not to tell you what to do. Health Coaching is centred around the client being the expert in their own lives, which means they come up with the goals for their own health journey. This approach is powerful because you are much more likely to come up with goals that you set for yourself, rather than a Coach sending you out of a session with a bunch of homework tasks that do not motivate or suit you.
  • Is Shae evidence-based?
Yes, the Shae App is evidence-based. It is built on the principles of epigenetics, a field of science that studies how your genes interact with your environment and lifestyle. The app uses this scientific foundation to provide personalised health recommendations tailored to your unique genetic makeup and daily habits. Shae’s algorithms are informed by a wide body of research in genetics, nutrition, psychology, and other health sciences. The recommendations you receive are grounded in current scientific understanding and are designed to support your overall well-being. As a Shae Health Coach, I rely on the evidence-based insights provided by the app to help you make informed decisions about your health and wellness. While the app offers valuable guidance, it’s also important to integrate this information with professional advice and your own experiences for the best results.
  • What is Health at Every Size (HAES)?
Health at Every Size is a movement that promotes a weight-neutral approach to health, focusing on overall well-being rather than weight loss as a primary goal. It follows the premise that your health is not tied in to your body size, and therefore putting the goal of weight loss on the back burner while focusing on all aspects of health and wellbeing.
  • What is the Shae App?
The Shae App is a personalised health platform developed by Precision Health Alliance. It uses epigenetic data and other personal health information to offer tailored lifestyle and wellness recommendations, helping you make informed decisions about your health.
  • What kind of recommendations does the Shae App provide?
The Shae App provides a wide range of recommendations, including personalised dietary advice, exercise routines, sleep tips, stress management techniques, tips for optimal mental and physical health, and more. These recommendations are designed to help you optimise your health based on your individual needs.
  • How accurate is Shae?
The Shae App is highly accurate in providing personalised health recommendations because it uses advanced epigenetic algorithms and data analysis to tailor advice specifically to your unique health profile. By considering factors such as your genetics, lifestyle, and daily habits, Shae delivers insights that are both precise and relevant to your individual needs. However, it's important to note that while Shae provides scientifically-based recommendations, no health app can be 100% accurate in predicting or addressing every aspect of your health. The accuracy of the app also depends on the quality and completeness of the information you provide. Regularly updating your data and staying engaged with the app will help ensure that you receive the most accurate and beneficial guidance. As a Shae Health Coach, I can help you interpret and apply these recommendations effectively, ensuring they align with your specific health goals and lifestyle.
  • I am trying to be weight-neutral and non-diet, but Shae needs my weight and body measurements. Is this necessary?
I completely understand that it might feel counterintuitive to take body measurements when you're committed to a weight-neutral approach to health. However, it’s important to know that only a small fraction of what Shae is measuring is related to body composition. Most of the measurements are actually focused on your skeletal structure rather than body size. These data points are essential for the app to accurately determine your body's HealthType, which is a key factor in tailoring personalised recommendations that align with your unique needs. When you sign up for the app, you can select the option to remain the same size you are, ensuring that the recommendations you receive are not focused on weight loss but rather on supporting your overall well-being. Think of it like a mechanic needing to know all the different specifications of your car to give you the best possible advice on how to keep it running smoothly. In this case, your body is the car, and Shae needs these measurements to offer you the most relevant and supportive health guidance. The focus remains on empowering you with information that aligns with your weight-neutral, non-diet approach to health.
  • What approach does Ardour Wellness take towards health and wellness?
We focus on a weight-neutral, intuitive eating, and anti-diet approach, encouraging empowered and informed lifestyle choices aligned with Health at Every Size principles.
  • How can a Shae Health Coach help me use the Shae App?
As a trained Shae Health Coach, I can help you interpret and apply the personalised recommendations provided by the Shae App. I’ll work with you to set realistic goals, adjust your lifestyle according to the app’s guidance, and provide ongoing support to help you achieve optimal health.
